At Mouse's House Antiques, we want you to cherish your vintage finds; however, if your curated piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original, pre-loved condition with all boutique tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the vintage item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the item back into its original protective wrap and shipping box to prevent any damage to the delicate antique materials during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Refund Processing
Once our curators inspect the item at the House, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
